What is your return policy?

We offer a 30days to 1yr return policy on unused and undamaged bats with original packaging. Returns must include a receipt, and return shipping fees may apply.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free standard shipping on orders over $99 (U.S. only). Expedited and international shipping may have additional fees.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your bat’s journey to your doorstep.

What if my bat arrives damaged?

We take pride in secure packaging, but if damage occurs, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to select countries. International customers are responsible for customs fees and taxes, which vary by location

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept, Chime, GooglePay, CashApp, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Venmo and ApplePay for secure checkout.

Are your bats approved for league play?

All our bats meet USSSA, ASA, NSA, and ISA certification standards (unless marked otherwise). Check your league’s rules before purchasing.

Can I exchange my bat for a different model?

Yes! Exchanges are accepted within 14 - 30 days of delivery. The bat must be unused, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Do you offer discounts for teams or bulk orders?
